Vegas Spa Cruising

Man Bay was great today. Very relaxing. The steam room has all new dark tile from floor to ceiling. Same lay out. Looks good. The steam works fine. I think they just have it set lower so it’s not constantly running.

Spa Report

Qua: Got a 3-hour pass, arrived at 1 pm on a Saturday. When I arrived, there were about 15 guys, peaked to maybe 20 guys around 3 pm, then slowed down to fewer than 10 guys around 4:15 when I left. The attendants called out some names throughout my time there, presumably to enforce the time limit, but did not call mine.
Clientele was mixed, average age 25-40. Saw some incredibly fit, toned guys, none were in shorts for the first couple hours, and then about 50/50 in shorts during my last hour there. Some guys chatting with pals without motive, some moving from room to room with likely motives. A few guys were more aggressive with their positioning/following, but most everyone kept to themselves.
In the steam room, an attempt was made by a 6’2”ish, early 30’s muscular Alexander Skarsgard lookalike, but was too busy with people coming in an out to do much. Met a pretty chill guy in the Roman Pools and chatted for a bit but otherwise the pools were pretty dead. Not a lot of action witnessed.

Mandalay Bay: Scheduled a massage, arrived at 10:30 am and stayed through 3 pm. Massage was therapeutic and good quality. Only saw about 10 men there the entire time, none in shorts. Steam room stopped working around noon and a maintenance guy popped in to check on it.
There were a few guys that kept disappearing into the non-functioning steam room, all seeming to be on the DL - one had a wedding band and another had a crucifix necklace. I walked in on them mid-action once but did not participate, even though the one with the wedding band made an attempt.
Facilities are very open and relaxing, not a lot of places to hide besides the steam room.

Checked out Canyon Ranch and wasn’t super impressed. Even though I was a guest at Palazzo there was no day pass available and you had to book a service. The small jacuzzi they have is starting to show its age and the rooms in general were just ok. I went Saturday and most guys were older and seemingly straight except one elder gentleman who exposed himself to me in the small room next to the sauna.

I went to Qua on Sunday and it was fairly quiet (maybe 10 guys at any given time). Some guys definitely cruising but older and slightly overweight so not really my type. There was one another toned guy the same time as me but guess it wasn’t a match. I think Saturday is definitely the better time to go if you’re looking as people are checking out and leaving on Sunday.

Tried out the Spa at the Cosmopolitan after reading that hot bi guys review of the 3 spas.
My impressions are that the spa is really nice, but there is much nicer and larger spas on the strip (Qua, Canyon Ranch and Encore Spa). The ability to cruise at this spa is difficult as they only have a smallish steam room (although the steam gives you a lot of coverage), an open hot tub, sauna and cool chill room. When I was there there was no one wanting to play, and most guys were in their bathing suits. There was a large group of obese asian men wearing shorts who were yelling constantly, which really turned me off. It was nice to relax but would not recommend for cruising.

A clarification about spa day passes at the Mandalay Bay Spa. They're available only to guests staying at Mandalay Bay or at the Delano. Also, for non-hotel guests, you can get a day pass by booking a service, but now there's a minimum of $100, so either a massage or a facial. You can no longer get a day pass just by booking a manicure or pedicure.
Too many people not showing up…?

I’ve been to canyon ranch many times as a guest at the palazzo and it’s a $35 day pass

I'm going for a couple days in mid-April. Does anyone have a masseur they'd recommend who enjoys gay clientele (I'm a total bottom FYI)? Is so please DM me!

I'd also love to get recs vis a vis Hawk's vs Entourage, and which of the hotel spas is the best bang for the buck (pun intended LOL). I'll be there Sun-Wed.
Hawks is closed now. Entourage is good on weekends
