This band hit the US mainstream in 1985. The reason being.....Don't You (Forget About Me) featured in that must-see film The Breakfast Club. (Brilliant film, by the way.)

But the band had been successful here for 4/5 years prior to that. And this is one of their best from that era. I love it.

Styx makes me want to cry,not because of the music but because of a person. When I was working for keebler there was a lady named Donna who would just start belting out styx and she would have the rest of us down the line singing along with her, seriously you could have made a musical out of us making cookies thanks to her! It was fun and honestly I did not hate that job and I would go back to it if I had to

There are certainly great composers today, but in general, the level of song lyrics has clearly dropped.
