Pygeum overload! (No pun intended!!)

Follow-up on my experience:

I've been taking these supplements for two months now and I can definitely see an increase in cum production. I expected to shoot ropes and that has never happened (even though I drink a lot of water, my cum is on the thicker side and it's always been, so I guess that's just genetics). It took 7 days for me to see the positive effects of pygeum.
That's amazing. I heard many people saying it only took a week or two for them to see effects, but I didn't see any different until I was finishing my third week on pygeum and the other supplements. I guess it really varies from person to person.

I'm very lucky that it worked and worked so quickly. There are many guys on here that haven't had any success at all. I take Roman Prostate Health with Pygeum for 30 days and then cycle off for two weeks. The leaking continues while not taking the pill. I love it!!

Since I am back home for the summer, I decided to go back on my Pygeum stack. I have been taking it both morning and night for about a week now. So far, before I started taking it, I was producing a decent about of pre. Though it was usually watery compared to what others seem to be producing... It would take me a bit to start producing as well and I found that I would produce the most when I would edge (nearly cum but stop myself from passing into orgasm). At that point, I would stop focusing on trying to produce because I have been edging for a few minuites and feeling my hand slide down my shaft with the pre to lube the path was enough to get me to cum.
That said, I have been taking my stack for a week and it could be due to the large amount of supplement that I am taking, but I have stopped producing pre. I plan to wait for a while (3-5 weeks) before I decide whether I want to stop the stack this time around. In all of my pygeum usage, I haven't reached the ability to shoot pre yet, mostly drip down the shaft, but that is mostly because I have a hard time sticking to the regimen usually stopping after 2.5 weeks.

Did you leak before you started to take it?

Yes I did, always, but usually I would get the first bead or two after plenty of arousal and only leak a proper string after hours of concentrated edging.

Now, and this is after maybe four days of taking this, the first drop appears minutes after that first sexy dm, and ten minutes later I'm dripping.
Also never before did I produce repeated strings, today there were three or four just pouring down.

The cumshot yesterday... I don't remember so much in a looooong time. It did not shoot, I rarely do, but there was an abundance of seven all over the floor. I was a little disgusted to tell you honestly hahaha.

The mix is amazing, has all the ingredients of the cum holy grale but I guess in manageable doses.

You can definitely find cheaper options for L-Arginine, I just like the brand Thorne and have been using isome of their products for a while, but it can be pricey.

Besides these, do I have to add anything else?

I officially stopped taking most of the supplements listed here. I noticed some stomach problems and my stools were very weird and things only got back to normal when I got off almost all of these pills.

I did see an increase in semen production, but my cum also got very, VERY thick. Almost like jelly. The other day I had a very intense orgasm but it took almost three or four full seconds for the semen to actually start coming out of my cock—probably because the fluid was so thick that it was hard for it to come out. Not very fun.

I’m still on BCAA and L-Arginine for muscle growth/repair since those never gave me any unwanted side effects. Other than that, focusing on increasing my cardio activity and water intake. And that’s all.

Sorry for the delay but it took a while to get all of these results. Here you go!



I started with 2 pills (250 mg of pygeum and 320 of saw palmetto) of Vitamin Shoppe’s Saw Palmetto and Pygeum Complex (2 times a day) on an empty stomach. In the morning with 8 ounces of water and again in the evening. I would also drink A LOT of water thru out the day (about 2 gallons – but that’s because I workout and do a lot of excercising). I’d say sabout 64 ounces a day should be good.

Results:

My cum volume increased immensely but there was no power to it. It was just about 8 – 10 big heavy gobs of very, very thick cum that would just drop out. I’d be able to fill a shot glass with ease but I want to shoot it, not drizzle

Precum was present when I would edge, but it wasn’t a big volume. I’d have to push (reverse kegel) to get a few strands of drip.


I switched to 1 pill (125mg) of pygeum twice daily and added 1200mg Lecithin to the mix (1 pill twice daily of Vitamin Shoppe’s brand)

Results:

Cum volume decreased but would shoot at most 6 shots about 6-8 inches for the 1st 2 shots and drizzle the rest.

Precum level increased when edging and would gob out even without a reverse kegel. When I pushed, it would flow nicely and leave an “ok” sized puddle


Next I added 1 teaspoon of celery seed to the mix 2 times a day with my pills. This is when it started to get interesting.


Results:

Cum volume became very watery and would shoot 6 good shots (out of 9 total) about a 18 inches away. The rest would be about 3 inches away and then a couple of droplets. Consistency was thick but starting to become watery.

Precum increased quite a bit and would start to bead even without edging. Once I started to edge, then a few good strands would start to flow without the aid of a reverse kegel. The pushing created some good flow


I liked where it was going but I wanted to figure out what supplement did so I dropped the pygeum and kept the lecithin and upped the celery to 1 tbsp.


Results:

Cum became very watery but would shoot about 8 streams very far and then 2-3 little spurts. Consistency was about 75% clear with a bit of whiteness to it.

Precum was in copious amounts but wasn’t as stringy as it used to be. Before I would get some good strands that would go from my tip that would hang down to about my knee before it would break off and fall. Now the strands were about 5 inches and would create quite a puddle. This would allow me to fill a shot glass once I started to push. Not pushing, it would give me ½ a shot glass. This result looked as though urine was coming out with my pre, but based on the smell and taste – it was not. I’ve had urine come out before and would smell it in my precum when it accumulated, but not this time. I’m guessing it was all the excess water.

I wanted thicker precum (although I really liked the distance I obtained when shooting) so I added the pygeum complex again but went to 1 pill twice daily and doubled the lecithin. (125mg of pygeum and 2400 mg of lecithin 2 with 1 teaspoon of celery seed 2 times a day) The results of this are exactly what I wanted. I could control the thickness of my cum load by the amount of celery seed I ingested. The more celery seed, the more watery by cum would be so I dropped it to 1 teaspoon.


Results:

Cum shots were IMMENSE and would shoot 8 shots F A R with about 2 not so far shots and a few more drizzles. I was so amazed at my shots that I had an intense orgasm so measurements didn’t happen but I’d guess it was about 5 feet. It wasn’t too thick but it wasn’t very watery. Although I would like to have the peter north shots, it seems I stumbled upon a mixture that gave me Danny D style shots so I wasn’t too upset at that.

Precum was GREAT and thick and I would be able to start beading without edging and the strands would flow nicely without a push. Pushing would create some serious amounts but then it would become watery after a shot glass was filled.

I did this mix for about a month and now I’ve been off for 2 weeks. Even though I’m off of the mix, I can still precum a bit. Not sure how this happened, but I’m quite please. I’ll be off the mixture until I notice a difference in my pre. Then I will start it again and try some other differences like more celery and more pygeum and more lecithin

I’ve tried all of those you listed except Phytoserols, and for me at least, Pygeum had the biggest effect on increasing precum. The others did little to nothing for me. It seems like Pygeum has the most effect on precum for the majority of men here, but not everyone.

I would start with just Pygeum for a few weeks and see what happens. If you don’t notice a change, then maybe try the others one at a time, and if still nothing, try stacking.
