PE routine + supplements+ PRP journey Sydney

Looking to start posting here my weekly routine, supplements, and also starting on a P-shot in Sydney in the next month or two.

Will post weekly on progress show the results and what supplements I'm taking to help anyone in Sydney looking to jump on the journey to healthier bigger cock.

Currently 6" flaccid , 5.5 girth,

Looking to add an inch to both.

Yes, please keep us up to date on progress and what you’re doing, along with any associated schedule…I’m thinking of this too.. PRP with shockwave therapy, stretching (restored), etc.
 
Ok so starting with supplements & PE for Monday:

Monday:
6:15am tablets: Zinc (25mg), NMN (500mg), HCL Creatine(2 tablets for a serve, can use Creatine Mono hydrate if you cannot find the other version) on empty stomach

6:45am Pre-workout smoothie 70mins approx. prior to gym: Banana (medium), Bee Pollen (5gm or 1 teaspoon), raw honey (1 heaped tablespoon), protein powder (25gm/1 scoop), raw cacao powder (1 tablespoon)

7:00am Mushroom mix powder Himalyan shilajit, tongkat ali, cordyceps (2gm/teaspoon) I had it originally with the juice of 1 lemon as it is really, really, bitter, now I can do with about 100ml of water and try and just shot it and get it out of the way, but I feel this really helps

7:45am (pre-workout 45mins before gym) NO boosters: L-Arginine (4gm), L-Citrulline (6gm), Beetroot powder (6gm) mix all 3 in a glass of water

9:20am Gym 45mins

10:10am first PE exercise 180 jelqs followed by stretching over wrist for 20seconds x 3 reps of that

10:30am wrap straight after PE session with athletic tape that sticks to itself and not skin so not to constrict too much of your girth work for about 30mins

11:00am remove tape, and rubdown and massage with vitamin e oil.

Go about your day, avoid masturbating if you can help it.
