Yeah, kinda funny. It works the other way, too. Most men add an inch or so to their size, and women call five or six inches large, and six or seven huge. Hey, I've even had women say I was average!!! Well, not many, though.
I think there is total disconnect between visually and sexually what a penis does and it’s “size” and then it’s literal, properly measured size in inches.
I doubt many women actually bust out a tape measurer to verify claims. If she can’t eyeball that something is really big or small, it is normal. If she feels nothing it is suddenly small, if it feels good his cock is “nice or big” and if it hurts it is “HUGE.”
Men on the other hand are so warped by pornography and idle talk amongst men that 5 is small, 6 is like an okay average and 7 is like a good average, 8 is big, 9+ is huge. Totally not aligning with science.
Not even entering the world of girth which is overlooked because it is visually hard to gauge unless it is an extreme; but I think it is important to women and bottoms.
I never lie about my size. For me, the only way to combat the warping of porn in the male populace is to stop mocking those that are genuinely small, accurately measure and be honest on size.
Studies say 85% of us are between 4.5 and 6.5 inches. That leaves 7.5% under 4.5 inches and 7.5% with more than 6.5 inches. I try to keep that in perspective. That also doesn’t account for aesthetics, which to me, does matter (in porn anyway).
Hurrah! That puts 15% in the elite. Both in or outside of porn. I've always felt it's just as hot to be in the smaller 7.5% as to be in the bigger 7.5%. Maybe even more so. Average is so boring.
