Masyn said on his Twitter he met David at the airport and is a nice guy. So I don't think David knew who Masyn was or the significance of the logo on that shirt! But then again from the Cameos I've sent him I do know he is very aware that he has a huge gay fan base! So he might have known
i don't think gays are his whole fanbase though. they're not actually. this site has a problem with thinking only gays are the reasons people are famous and for a lot of cases it's not true

i mean, sure he's probably aware there's gays in his audience, but i doubt that means he knows who some random gay porn actor is or what nextdoorstudios is.
there's a pic of chris evans with a gay porn star, i think it was colby jansen. i doubt chris knew who he was, he probably just taught it was a random fan. they happened to meet at some event and took a pic together. chris is most definitely away of his gay audience as well, doesn't mean he knew who colby was. same thing goes for david and this guy

just because scott is gay doesn't mean chris knows who a gay porn star is.
sure, maybe afterwards scott told him "hey, that dude you took a pic with is a gay porn star". but at the time of it happening, chris probably had 0 clue who the dude was
