Yep. That’s where most cruising happens though I understand it goes on elsewhere too.
Handy to go off to other loos with some trade if third floor gets too busy.

My experience is that it is a bit more of a spectrum than a uni library, beyond that it depends on what you consider young and old

You could try Blackheath in South London or also Brockwell Park - You deffo need to take care at Blackheath it's a high crime area
