Big Brother 23 Men

This is probably one of the best seasons in a while. Tiffany is playing the best game, give her her credit. No strategy? Wtf show are y'all watching? Christian is probably playing the poorest game, he's just athletic & easy on the eyes. Hannah was right about him. As soon as he doesn't win safety for himself he's likely going out. TBH he didn't come on the show to win, but just to make a name for himself to get opportunities after the season and it shows.

I feel like there are quite a few playing really great games this year, which is why some people are calling it 'boring'.
I'd rather watch a season where everyone is busy strategising rather than a season full of Insta-famous wannabes!

I just wish people were less focused on being friends. It's one of the issues in these new seasons is that everyone wants to be friends. They all play too safe.

I guess but people actively playing a dramatic and fight provoking game to lose money is stupid. It kind of spits on people like Jun or Andy who played games just in the opposite way. Although, for you, I would recommend the real housewives or maybe desperate housewives or maybe even flavor of love if you're into senseless drama over strategy. But being friends in any scenario gets you more favoritism, i.e. better placement or even a cash prize in the game of Big brother. And again no disrespect for the game you like to see, Christmas and Josh fans exist I'm sure. But remember why Everyone knows Dan, Will, and Derrick as the top players; they won because they made... Friends.

Clearly you did not watch Will's seasons. His entire strategy was to totally piss everyone off.

I'm not sure what to say to this, yeah that's probably what he said on paper, but go ahead and watch season 2 and all stars and most of the cast couldn't bare to put him up because they liked him. Right he was snide in confessionals and egotistical and said he would throw every comp and still make it far (he did)... Because they liked him. Remember all stars when he made that bullshit speech and Danielle said something to the effect of "This is bullshit but they're gonna eat it up anyway because they like him" or whatever. I can't make that up when it happened.

Me saying I wish people were less friendly and not too nice doesn't mean I want people "actively playing a dramatic and fight provoking game to lose money." Also, your examples of Dan and Will are kind of what I mean. Yes they had friend but they were also willing to make a move and piss people off. I mean...Dan, hello. I don't need to see fights and yelling but I don't want to see a damn HoH scared to put someone up 4 weeks into a game nor do I need to see unanimous votes because people want to vote with the house. I can go on but what's the point?

You really made a lot of assumptions about what I said. Like to the point where you even come off condescending lol. This whole comment just seems to be in bad faith so I don't even know what the point of me giving you an actual response is.

Season 2 was the most divided and combative of many. House completely divided. Shannon put Harley's toothbrush in the freaking toilet. Will openly used a strategy that he was going to be so awful that everyone would take him to the end and it worked. Most of the house and the public hated him. In All-Stars bit different but he still openly mocked and disparaged people. He never played a game of making friends. Derrick did win on that strategy and it was a snooze fest season. This season is clearly to send a social message.

And in All-Stars Mike won and played dirty to do so. I mean he back stabbed Will to win. They both used Janelle and backstabbed her. There was more strategy involved. Friendship can be a strategy but being too friendly is not that. How many times do people on the bottom of the totem pole continuously play nice with those who are gonna vote them out? Where is the fight? Where is the blowing up of games? Why does the house do whatever the HOH wants after the veto? Too many people think being friendly with others is good for their game but being friendly with some is pointless and maybe detrimental to your game.

Now Tiffany, she is being messy. Especially this week. The only issue she may have is coming off too strong, which Hannah is seeing. But she has one thing not many do and that is information. She has a lot of friends. She uses that information to plant seeds in a way that a player hasn't done in so many years. Derrick didn't really plant seeds. He just had sheep and Nicole making sure the women couldn't do anything lmfao. I'm curious to see what Tiffany does when her back is up against the wall. Does she do what we see almost all of the time and give up or does she throw people under the bus? I think we'll see in the coming weeks.

So no I don't support no friendships like it was ridiculous suggested. I love drama(as we all should lol), don't get me wrong. However, when it comes to gameplay I just want people to fight and actually want to win. I don't need to see an HOH struggle to put someone up because they don't want to upset someone. DX was complaining about that and complaining about hurting someone's feelings yesterday. They are playing for a significant amount of money...and too many contestants lose sight of that. I can go on and on about this as someone who has been watching the show since BB2. We can all have opinions. We can believe any strategy works because many strats do work. Friendship can work. Cutthroat can work. Floating can now work. My complaint was how simplified the game has become and it's been like that for many years.

I wonder if the teams aspect helped cause the lack of big moves. The trend the last few seasons where everyone just falls in line with the HOH picks is boring.

I think the teams mixed with the wild card, it eliminated a lot of people that could be targeted. Not to mention their own personal agreements they have with other house guests.

Some thought that the teams would put an end to the big alliances but no it didn't.

the wild card thing is just the same shit every season in a different skin. They need to stop doing these comps for the sunday episode. It's not a twist and they always suck. And it is always for the first 4 weeks lmao. I think the most egregious example of it was Paul's 2nd season. Big yikes on that. I dont think this is similar to pandora's box or something hidden within the house that may offer a power. The latter of which I think goes incredibly underutilized.
