Virile Stallion is a good one, too: https://tensor.art/models/760875391155065513I've come a long way after a few attempts. I was using the Pony model, but kept coming up with things like this:

Eventually I switched to the "Homofidelis" checkpoint and got this:

Good male content is incredibly niche and sometimes you have to train it yourself.Which model did you use? Some of them are heavily geared towards female models.
Oh, nice one. So why is Virile Stallion available for download on civit.ai, but not available to generate from? I get that I can make an account on tensor.art, but just trying to figure out how this all works.Virile Stallion is a good one, too: https://tensor.art/models/760875391155065513
I think the advantages of running locally is no one can access your images. Even though Tensor.Art says they aren't sharing your creations, it is possible they could be shared.Oh, nice one. Also, are there any real advantages to running models locally? Or are online services like civit.ai and tensor.art a superset of what can be done at home? I'm partly trying to gauge if I will build an AI machine as a hobby project. It might be worth it if it gives me access to models or features not available online.
Has anyone here installed an AI tool for video face swap on your own machine? It's fine advertising these. There are a handful of online cloud based private servers/services to host your creations. This one reminds me a little bit of DeepSwap (Deepswap - Best AI Face Swap Online for Video & Photo) in that it seems more specifically tailored to generating your own private 'models'.
I have more body horror images than I care to keep. I think that's just a side-effect of AI. David Cronenberg would be very happy. Some more of my abominations...

Are you running locally or another configuration? Or are you trying to decide?any advice on where to start with AI on stable diffusion for a beginner?
That is my question as well. I just spent the last 4 hours slogging through online AI faceswap genrators that use credits and have monthly memberships and none of them seemed all that great. Is there a program for home users that generates face swap video with just a face photo and a video? I am running with an i9-12900K 3.20 GHz, NVDIA RTX3090 with 24G of VRAM. Can anyone recommend a program for download that I can just own?Has anyone here installed an AI tool for video face swap on your own machine?
Or is that not feasible due to the needed computing power? For example, how long would a good single machine/gpu need to face swap 1 min of video at a standard framerate? Thanks.
i’d fuck with these all day tho. bring on them weird fuckin dicks lolSome more of my abominations...

3070?I use Forge (GitHub - lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge) with the NF4 version of Flux (lllyasviel/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4 · Hugging Face) with only 8gb vram, It takes 1 to 2 minutes to generate an image
