Looking for a movie

Movie scene that starts with a naked athletic looking guy face down in a blue-green bathtub that might be in a hotel. It’s partly filled with water and he splashes and rolls over and stands up. Full frontal nudity, uses his hands to wipe off water before grabbing for a towel and steps out. He has curly hair I think.

I’ve only ever seen it as a short clip, used to be on T*mb!r
