Much of the data was based of American porn so it skews toward circumcised and erect and also often unrealistically large. With that said, this LORA has been decent in producing uncircumcised penis of realistic sizes.

I have Flux installed locally now and it is so different to Bing and even Runware's Flux, especially in how it reads your prompts? For the last pic I had him inside a fire station and it gave me a good background but most other backgrounds are so empty, it's probably got to do with how I write the prompt. I was not expecting it to be so difficult and have a learning curve though, whereas Bing is super intuitive. Also inpainting really is amazing, but it can be frustrating with the wait times and waiting to get an actually good result, it helps to paint a bigger area I think, pics 1, 6, 8, 9 and 10 were ones I fixed the cocks for. It often struggles with more than one naked man in the pic.

I just got started with local Flux with ComfyUI and am amazed at the quality. I'm still new to it, but trying to learn how to make fun x-rated pics. Combining trained Loras (of celebs) with the nudity loras don't give such good results. If anyone can recommend a workflow and custom nodes I can use to get started, I'd be grateful. Here's a couple of the beautiful men I'd like to make more of.

Free if you're doing it locally like me. But you need a beefy enough GPU and comfortable with getting a bit technical. I used ComfyUI and a scaled down GGUF version of FLUX for my 8GB RTX 3070 but the results are still impressive.

Mine is a RTX 4070-S, I did find some optimizations but still getting like 3 minutes per pic, with two Loras. Maybe you'll have it a bit better bc you have 16gbs of VRAM right?

I uploaded the raw file, if you load it, all that I used to do it will be there, this is the entire workflow and the prompt. I only started to play with it, I had more experience with SDXL. I think the workflows that you'll find on CIVITAI will probably help you more.

Sorry, I’ve uninstalled Comfy. But if you open the png file on another tab you’ll be able to see each node with the configs used and all. You’ll be able to copy a node with ctrl c to the other tab.
