Changing underwear a day

I hope you are all well.
Quick question how many times you change your underwear? I mean everyday at least or more than two a day?

so it's not just only me then..... normally one in the morning if I sleep with briefs or boxer, one for the day and one in the afternoon/evening....

If we are counting what I sleep in, at least twice. Tighty whities or boxers during the day, and then another pair of baggy white boxer shorts to sleep in.

Depending upon what I am doing during the day I might change again. If I start the day in tighty whities I usually change out of them into boxer shorts to lounge around in for the evening. Depending upon what I am doing and what the temperature is I might change into a fresh pair of tighty whities during the day. I don't like sweaty underwear (for that matter I change t-shirts, too) and it is easy enough to do laundry.

Usually once a day unless I’m gonna just get dirty working early in the morning, then I’ll shower and change later

Sleep naked, start the day in clean, then maybe change again if 'entertaining' later...

In a normal day, I usually change once in the morning after I shower. I will wear the same underwear to bed. If I shower again later in the day because it's hot or I'm going out to dinner/party, I put on another clean pair.
